Setting our sights |
No two businesses are the same. After determining the unique needs of your business, we’ll establish and prioritize your business objectives to ensure that every aspect of our work together will focus on reaching the objectives you set for your business. |
Defining the scope and timeline |
Based on the overall direction you’d like to take your business, we’ll create an outline for the scope of our work together. Even the most difficult plans can be divided into simple, measurable steps. We’ll establish a timeline for the overall project and assign a target date for the completion of each step. |
Into the great, wide open |
As a playful experimenter and brainstormer, I’m especially receptive to creative ‘accidents’, which can lead to unexpected opportunities. Throughout your project, I encourage you to remain open to the New and Unfamiliar, because therein await the novel approaches that will set you apart from your competitors. |
Initial production |
After I’ve received the information I need, I’ll get to work on your project. From time to time, I may email or call you to ask a particular question or explore an idea. If your project is time-sensitive, help me keep your project moving forward by responding promptly to my questions. |
Delivery of drafts |
Depending on how we decide to work together, I’ll present a series of drafts, showing you the progression of your project. You’ll see your project evolve from the earliest stages toward its final objectives. |
Refinement |
Your input remains an essential part of our work together. Subsequent drafts may be necessary depending on the number and types of changes, and we’ll build this into our plan if necessary. |
The finish line |
Integrating your feedback and responses to my drafts, I’ll drive the project forward to its completion. Once you’ve approved the completed project, I’ll post it to the web, send it to the printer, or deliver a digital copy. |
Now what? |
Building long-term, synergistic relationships with my clients is the best way I know to ensure my future success. At times, you may have questions or may want to extend our work together. So feel free to call me any time with your ideas or questions. |
